Pleased to report I have reached my first milestone today - I have lost 1st 1lb so far. Still got a long way to go, but so pleased.Menu

T: 2 boiled eggs. Salted peanuts.
Went to a Christmas quiz at church and whilst there I had:
2 mint Matchstickmakers.
1 Quality Street toffee penny
1 glass of mulled (non-alcholic) punch
SUNDAY
MenuB: Low carb raspberry cheesecake
D: Pork chop, mashed celeriac, cabbage, broccoli, sprouts & carrots.
T: 2 boiled eggs. Salted Peanuts. Mug of cocoa (no chocolate tonight as I had so much yesterday)
