Determined to have a quiet week this week, not going to House Group or any other meetings. Had a lovely quiet, restful day today and yesterday.
Sunday's Menu
B: 2 boiled eggs.
L: Pork chop, mashed celeriac, cabbage, sprouts, broccoli & carrots. 1 slice Molly Cake
T: Egg & cheese salad. 85% chocolate.
Monday's Menu
B: Fried egg & bacon
L: Pork chop & stir fried cabbage. Mixed Nuts
D: 3 sausages, mashed celeriac, mashed swede, cabbage, sprouts & broccoli.

Hi everyone thought I would start this blog to keep track of the bits & bobs I get up to each day. I am a stay at home mum with 3 children who are in their teens & twenties. I have had Chronic Lyme Disease for at least 14 years if not more. I am constantly trying to improve my condition. I am a great fan of moneysavingexpert.com and have discovered a few ways of upping my income without too much effort
