Shopping day today but I don't feel like going. Still feel 'washed out' after my migraine last night.

Finding it difficult to work on my blog. Its the school holidays and I'm having to share computer time with B & A. Hopefully will be able to work on it on a more regular basis in September.
This is basically a way for me to keep track of what I'm eating and also of my activity and how it effects Lyme Disease.

Hi everyone thought I would start this blog to keep track of the bits & bobs I get up to each day. I am a stay at home mum with 3 children who are in their teens & twenties. I have had Chronic Lyme Disease for at least 14 years if not more. I am constantly trying to improve my condition.
