Hi everyone thought I would start this blog to keep track of the bits & bobs I get up to each day. I am a stay at home mum with 3 children who are in their teens & twenties. I have had Chronic Lyme Disease for at least 14 years if not more. I am constantly trying to improve my condition. Monday 16th July 2012

Decided to do Induction level of Atkins for two weeks to try and kick start my weight loss.

B: 1 chicken leg &  1 chicken wing.  Salad greens.  4 cherry tomatoes.  Dandelion root coffee & lactofree cream
L: Flax bread with lactofree cheese.  2 tbsps walnuts.

D: Braised pork loin, cabbage, mashed swede, sprouts.

Did 25 mins of callanetics this morning.
