Really pleased with myself as it was quite late when I got back from shopping today and I was going to reach for something quick for lunch such as oatcakes 7 cheese. I started thinking what could I have that is quick but low carb. I thought, I didn't really need much as it was so close to tea time, so I opted for a snack of cheese and peanuts :D
